PC-Protechs Spring Clean

Terms of Service Agreement for “Spring Clean” for PC-Protechs LLC, a computer repair and IT consulting company. We will refer to this agreement as (“Agreement”) . By submitting to our form on this page “https://pc-protechs.com/spring-clean” and using our Spring Clean services, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below, the Terms of Service listed here https://pc-protechs.com/terms-of-service/, and our Privacy Policy here https://pc-protechs.com/privacy-policy/ .

1. Scope of Service: We offer this “Spring Clean” service for residential computers only. This service is intended solely for non-commercial use.
2. Expiration of Service: This service is only offerred from 3/28/2023 to 4/30/2023. 
3. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality services, and we guarantee that we will use our best efforts to resolve any issues you may have with your computer. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix every problem, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the course of our work. 
4. Out of Scope work: If there arises an issue beyond the scope of the service “Spring Clean” provides, PC-Protechs will contact the computer owner client to propose solutions available. These solutions may have prices beyond the cost of the “Spring Clean”. The client may refuse the services and charges but a evaluation fee of $30 plus tax may apply.
5. Fees: You agree to pay the fees in a timely manner, and we reserve the right to charge interest on any late payments. Payments are due upon receipt of the computer by the client.
6. Confidentiality: We understand the importance of privacy, and we will take all necessary steps to protect your personal and confidential information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy https://pc-protechs.com/privacy-policy/.
7. Limitation of Liability: We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your computer, software, or data as a result of our services. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with using our services.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Two Rivers, Wisconsin in which we are based.
9. Amendments: We may amend this Agreement at any time by providing you with written notice of the changes. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those change.
