Some Things Can Not Wait

We know how stressful it can be when you face a serious technology issue that needs to be fixed right away. That’s why we have a dedicated team of emergency technicians who can help you with any situation that involves scams, viruses, hacking attempts, or anything else that puts your device or data at risk.

However, please note that our emergency support service has a different fee structure than our regular support service. You will need to pay a flat charge fee that depends on whether you call us during or outside of our business hours.

Helpful Hints and Need to Knows

When will I be contacted and how?

Once we receive your support request, a technician will be contacting you via phone or email. If we receive the request during normal business operating hours, we will call first and leave a voicemail. If it is after hours, we will be contacting you via email. It is up to the discretion of the on call tech to decide which way to best reach you.

How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the support request. Standard support starts at $60. If it is a project request, we will provide an estimate. But you can submit as many support requests as needed without fear of charges.

Can you provide remote support?

Absolutely! We help many of our clients around the United states using remote access technologies. However we warn everyone that they should never allow anyone you don’t know or trust to give access to your computer. 

Can I request to buy a computer?

Sure! We help everyone find the technology they would like to get. We can tell you what we recommend or help you find something that better fits your needs.

How and when will I receive my bill for work?

When the support request has work rendered and closed, an invoice will be sent via email to the email provided. You can pay via a credit card online or by mailing a check.

Is there a warranty?

That will depend on the situation. We typically do not provide warranties on any work. Some products we support have 1 month to 1 year warranties.

Do you service phones?

Sure! Although we are limited in our services at this time. Screen repair and battery replacement is on the way. At this time, we provide more data and educational/technical support. For example, maybe you need your data transfered or backed up. We can help with that.

Do you work on websites?

We built this one so yes we do work on websites. Our web division will be separated soon but we can get you to the right person. 

Can you come on site to my business or home?

If the service call calls for an on site visit, we will be happy to do so. There is a minimum $60 charge for all on site visits. This includes estimates and projects.
